Granting Credit Terms may be requested with Premier International upon completion of a customer profile and proper credit application. Terms will be established on the basis of a credit inquiry with information provided on credit application. Invoice Errors or Discrepancies If for any reason there is believed to be an error on an invoice, Premier International must be notified by fax 1-216-426-1499 within 48 hours of shipment delivery. Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Checks. A $30.00 charge will be assessed for all checks returned as NSF. Return Goods Policy Any goods being returned must have the authorization from the account representative. Goods must be returned within 48 hours of delivery. Goods must be returned in original cartons and in re-sellable condition. Damaged Goods/Shortages All damages must be reported in writing by fax 216-426-1499 within 48 hours of delivery. Freight Charges All Premier International Inc. freight is FOB Eastlake, OH. Our dedicated staff will be happy to quote your freight prior to shipping. Just simply add your request in the comments box at the end of the order page.
